Other ranch improvements include extensive cross fencing for rotational grazing and multiple stock water tanks fed by underground pipelines. The ranch also supports a large local deer herd which yields a landowners depredation deer tag that has proven to be very lucrative. There are also many other types of wildlife including Ducks, Geese, Sandhill Cranes, Blue Herons, Eagles, Hawks, Quail, Antelope and an occasional Bighorn Sheep.
